Judith Norback
President & Principal Coach
As an oral communication expert for almost 40 years, Judith founded Center of Excellence for Workplace Communications to fulfill a passion of enabling non-profit organizations to achieve their missions by coaching executives and stakeholders to fundraise effectively and communicate in a compelling manner that captures their audiences’ attention and enhances financial rewards.
She aims to provide life-long enhanced presentation and fundraising skills, improve confidence and self-esteem, develop an ability to be direct in voicing their “ask”, and lastly, guide clients to a new level of voice and effectiveness in securing donations or gifts.
Throughout her career, Judith has studied interpersonal interaction with a keen eye to aid others in applying the best practices of the most effective communication between individuals, groups and a wide array of audiences. She is gifted in working with diverse cultures and perspectives across all sectors of non-profits.
Judith has a Bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from Cornell and a Masters and PhD from Princeton in social psychology, or the study of interaction between individuals and groups.
Chuck Easley
Vice President of Strategic Planning & Fundamental Analytics
Since January 2021, to his work as Vice President of Strategic Planning & Fundamental Analytics for the Center of Excellence for Workplace Communications, Chuck has brought expertise in strategic planning and fundamental analytics, or metrics used to measure the positive impact and results on nonprofits from engaging the Center of Excellence. He actively advises and participates in short-term and long-term planning sessions. Chuck also provides input on the type of analytics or metrics that may be most useful to the Center of Excellence’s various clients.
As an accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience in business transformation, Chuck has a proven track record of success in leading comprehensive efforts to improve financial and organizational performance, and he has a special ability to transform strategy into achievable results.
Chuck has held senior-level positions in both corporate and consulting settings, and he has worked in a variety of industries, including retail, supply chain, and technology. He is a highly skilled change leader with a deep understanding of how to implement and measure the results of change initiatives.
Chuck has a BS from Georgia Tech in Industrial Management, cum laude, Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society; Minor: Industrial Organizational Psychology, Social Psychology. He also completed Harvard Business School’s Executive Education on Governing for Non-Profit Excellence. Chuck has served on the Boards of a number of nonprofits including UNICEF, Bobby Dodd Institute, Atlanta Zoo, Atlanta Rotary, and other nonprofit organizations that support youth and their development.
Alan Zhang
Director of Presentation & Fundraising Outreach
As Director of Presentation & Fundraising Outreach for the Center of Excellence for Workplace Communications, Alan has provided assistance with outreach since working for Judith as a Teaching Assistant in the Workplace Presentation Program at Georgia Tech in 2020. He assists with software testing of various meeting platforms required for outreach. Alan also provides input on the content of proposals for new clients.
Alan has a Bachelor’s degree from Georgia Tech. He is known for his attention to detail. Alan is driven and results-oriented, always willing to go the extra mile. He is also a quick learner, constantly seeking new challenges.
